Although most weddings will fall into one of the pre-set packages on offer, every couple has a unique set of requirements for their wedding - the cost of affinity's co-ordination services will therefore vary accordingly, with each case being looked at individually and evaluated on the work that will be involved and how much or how little assistance you require.

However, to give a guideline, fees are usually between 8% and 12% of the total wedding budget. This doesn't necessarily mean that if you spend GBP25,000 the fees will be more than someone who spends GBP10,000 as a lower budget wedding could take a lot more preparation than a higher budget wedding. Charges are normally agreed up-front but can be revised should additional services be required at later stages of the planning process.

For those opting for full wedding planning services, savings of up to 10%-15% are typical against the usual overspend of couples working without a consultant - as well as keeping strict financial control of your budget and spending, affinity will always negotiate with suppliers to get you the best possible deal for your requirements, which means savings that you wouldn't normally achieve by planning your wedding yourself. Usually, these savings will cover the cost of hiring affinity wedding services and generally, our level of involvement can be tailored to suit your budget and expectations.

The initial consultation, which lasts around one hour, is free of charge within affinity's area of coverage.
