Whether you are looking for full planning and co-ordination of your wedding or civil partnership and associated events and activities, or simply some assistance with a few aspects of your big day, or even just on-the-day co-ordination, affinity's services can be tailored to meet your needs. So what is the process?
Firstly, we arrange an initial personal consultation at a time and location to suit you. This consultation is carried out free of charge* and it gives us the opportunity to:
capture any initial ideas, thoughts or concerns you may have at this stage
develop further, some potential themes, ideas, colour schemes and styles
discuss how we can assist you, and agree our level of involvement
set a timescale plan and schedule, along with a budget for your wedding
agree how often you would like us to meet and how you would like to be kept informed of progress
After this initial personal consultation, we will look at the work involved in planning your wedding. It may fall into one of our packages, but it may need to be more of a bespoke package geared towards your specific requirements and desires. We will therefore draw up a proposal with a costing along with a contract for signature. If you wish to go ahead, you will need to return the signed contract, together with a deposit. Then the preparations will begin!
We will start by creating and maintaining a detailed Wedding Plan which you can request a copy of at any stage throughout the process. Throughout the planning of your wedding, you will be kept updated on a regular basis with face to face meetings as required and agreed, or as specified in each of the packages.
affinity wedding services understands how anxious couples can be throughout this period and are happily on hand at any time to discuss ideas, concerns or just to give an ad-hoc update. affinity also understands how involved close family and friends often are in the process of planning a wedding, so we are also happy to discuss anything with them.
